I had really high expectations with this recipe but I didn't like it. I'll go back to my old recipe.

This is my first time making granola. this recipe is fabulous. I like others had trouble finding pumpkin seeds. I'm anxious to try it with the Greek Yogurt (homemade I got from a friend. I upped the oatmeal to 3 cups after reading some of the reviews. Thanks for your suggestions!! I buy cinnamon from the local farmers market so its very fresh so I used only 1/2 tsp and used Splenda brown sugar to cut back on sugar intake.

I love this stuff-as does anyone who tries it! I make it very often, it keeps for a few weeks in an air-tight container. I sub a few ing though-I couldn't find pumpkin seeds so I use honey roasted peanuts; and I use plain almonds instead of roasted/salted almonds. And I up the amounts of the nuts and seeds-double both; and the oats I add an extra cup.

This is very easy to make but the cooking temparture is too high. I made it last weekend and had it at 325 degrees. I liked it so much I am making it again this weekend and will try 200 degrees for 45 minutes. I ate it all week with yogurt for breakfast and it is 10 times tastier than anything you buy in the store and less expensive and healthier too. The cranberry juice, maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon make it tangy and sweet. I like a strong cinnamon flavor and used Penzey's Extra Fancy Vietnamese Cinnamon.

Giada if I could give you 10 stars I would! This is the absolute best granola snack I ever tasted. It was super easy to make and is so YUMMY!!!!! I followed the instructions exactly as stated and the end result was a blend of chewy, crisy and wonderful granola perfection.

Really good. I didn't have the cranberry juice, so used the grape juice I always have on hand and it came out fine. Like another reviewer said, it's the perfect mix of crispy and chewy.

I LOVE this recipe! I'm making some to give for gifts for Chistmas. Some changes I've made are- used orange juice instead of cranberry & used pecans instead of almonds. Only because I didn't have them the first I made it & I just stuck with it.

This is a great snack to keep on hand. I have been looking for a granola recipe that is a perfect blend of chewy and crisp. This is an excellent blend.

Looks like a great recipe, I'm a retired sous chef and polishing up my baking and pastry skills. I wonder if this could be frozen???
