This recipe was so quick and easy and most of all delicious. Whoever has not tried this dish, I advise to do so.

This recipe was SO quick and easy!!! I didn't have a grill, so I just seared the lamb, and it turned out DELICIOUS : The sauce was perfect and not too strong of a balsamic flavor for me, but I did use a sweeter balsamic vinegar that had been infused with figs, so that may have helped. This is definitely one of my favorite lamb recipes

This was a really easy and tasty recipe. After reading some of the previous reviews about the sauce, I decided to cut back on the amount of balsamic vinegar and canola oil. Other wise, I followed this recipe step by step. My husband loved the lamb and we used the leftover balsamic sauce on our salad.

It was nice to try something different on lamb, however, I thought this recipe went a bit too heavy on the vinegar. I like balsamic, but it took over the other flavors. Might as well have skipped the sauce and just poured vinegar on the meat. Other than that it was good. The recipe makes a lot of extra sauce so set some aside to use in another meal or turn into a salad dressing.

Really easy and yummy! It's a perfect balance for the lamb. I've made this many times now and everyone loves it! I usually cut the sauce recipe in half or I end up with waaay too much sauce. As super yummy as it is, I find the amount that is suggested to make is just too much to get through. Thank you for a great recipe!!!

I used this recipe to make lamb for the first time. Fresh lamb is not readiy available in our area, and when I saw some fresh baby lamb chops I jumped on it. I couldn't believe how delicious the sauce was! Wow! My husband was literally licking his plate--and I was too. (It did make a lot of sauce. I think I'll try the sauce on some chicken breasts. You can't go wrong with this recipe!

One of my absolute favorite recipies!!! and soo easy, I have it memorized. I use a rack of Lamb and store extra sauce for a later date. Fresh Rosemary is key - makes the Lamb so delicious!!!
Thanks Giada!! You make me look good!

Giada knocks it out of the park again! I wrapped up a great day at the winery serving customers, came home to prepare these chops over a bed of rice pilaf with pine nuts and a bottle of Bandol... great way to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thanks Giada. I owe you a toast.
