    I made this cheesecake for my book club, everyone loved it. Very unique and delicious flavor, easy to prepare, too. Lighter in texture and not as sweet as a traditional cheesecake. A definite keeper!

    Not a big fan of orange zest so I used lemon and it was a big hit with the in-laws. Dressed it up with fresh raspberries and drizzled with honey for a restaurant-style dish and everyone loved it. Thanks Giada for all of your wonderful dishes.

    Being an mom of three young & active boys, I'm having to watch calories. Instead of cake &/or ice cream, I made this for myself but my children seemed to take it over! Something cheap, quick, easy to make, low-fat and still tastes great, count me in!

    I HATE cheesecake, but I know my family loves ricotta cheesecakes. I followed Giada's recipe and it was a hit! The next day all my relatives were emailing me for the recipe. They told me it was the best they ever had. Not bad for my first cheesecake!

    I baked this for my famiy's Cmas gathering and it was a hit....My cousins were even complaining that no one was eating their baked goodies because of this cheesecake.
