    Great recipe! We love it. I added 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract because the biscotti we bought were pretty bland. I'll definitely make this one for guests again and again.

    I don't like cheesecake but I had a request for a ricotta cheesecake from a good friend. I found this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. Delicious. I ate a whole piece myself and I DON'T like cheesecake. My food processor broke 1/2 way through this recipe so I transferred the batter to my mix master and had beautiful results. I'll definately make this again and again. Hmmm. I may even have to rethink my position on cheesecake!

    I have made this cheesecake four times now and I get rave reviews every time. Though it's time consuming to make due to the cooling and what not it is worth every minute. The combination of honey and orange flavoring makes it unique. I've used 3 different flavors of biscotti cookies for the crust and I haven't been disappointed yet.

    I have tried so many different cheesecake recipes over the years. Out of curosity of the ingredients involved, I made this yesterday. It was different but wonderful. I liked the texture and fresh/clean taste of the orange zest. I made them in individual portions with prepackaged graham cracker tarts I had leftover from Christmas. I topped with whipped cream and frest strawberries. I will most definately make this again. I can't wait to get your cookbook Giada.

    This cheesecake was absoultly wonderful. I drizzled a little honey on each piece along with a little orange zest. It was easy to make.
