Very good. No too sweet and very creamy.I made it with low fat creamcheese and worked out very well. Several people ask me for the recipe.

I love all Giada's recipes. This one quickly become my cheesecake fave. All family love it & I got the credit :- Thanks & can't wait for the new book of Giada.

This is a great recipe. I actually modified a little to make it lighter and got rave reviews. I substituted margarine for butter, part skim ricotta,1/3 less fat cream cheese and used Splenda instead of sugar. The cheesecake is light and creamy- great stuff!
