    My husband's grandfather loved this one. He used to own a restaurant and his wife used to make Ricotta cheese cake for him. He complemented me highly on this. Yum.

    Simple and easy to make, dont use the orange zest and just make a graham cracker crust but delicious all the same!! I believe its the filling that makes the cheesecake. yummy!!

    I tweaked mine.First I creamed the cream cheese and ricotta together,not drained.Then I added 1/4 tsp.Vanilla,the zest of 2 oranges and juice from one.I slowly added the sugar.Next juice from one small lime.Added the honey,(tip add a little veg.oil to coat it,it all comes out easy,then Sundae Syrup Butterscotch flavor about 1/8 cup I drizzled it over it.Sprinkle a little salt over it-1/8 tsp. or so.slowly added the eggs.I used lemon cookies placed in the bottom of baking cup cake wrappers-18 cupcakes and 1 round 9" baking pan.Placed in oven no water bath.It let me know when it was done I could smell the wonderful aroma of it.Took out let sit on counter for 15 minutes.then placed in fridge.Couldn't wait so I took 2 and placed in freezer for about 15 minutes.The wrappers came off easy.I didn't have enough cookies for some of the cup cakes or pan.Still came out wonderfully.Giada I love you and your show.Thank you for this wonderful recipe.So easy and yummy,best i ever had.

    The cheesecake is amazing and the biscotti crust is brilliant. It is very easy to make and tastes like a million bucks. The honey and orange zest add a great flavor to it.

    My first cheesecake to make,verry easy. Would not make again because texture was too grainy, even though was made in food processor. Great taste. used almond biscotti, like graham crackers better. Want a rich creamy smooth cheesecake. My whole family felt the same.

    I made the cheesecake and gave it to about 10 friends and they said it was the best cheesecake they have ever had and I agree. I have made many different cheesecakes and this is the best. I added some vanilla but that is the only thing I did different.
