This cheese cake has great flavor very rich. I add a little more honey than what called for because I like honey. People I shared it with loved it big time. What turned me onto this cheesecake is the Ricotta part because I am itialian an we use Ricotta in alot of diffent things. Trust me it has "No Calories" at all!! enjoy it all the way.

I was a little bit intimidated by the "medium" skill level of this dish, but decided to give a try. It actually turned out great, although I had to remove the cheesecake about 15 minutes earlier than the recipe called for...perhaps because I had the cake on the top rack? I would recommend checking on the cake during its final 20 minutes. To ensure it would be completely cooked in the middle, I left the cake in the "bath" for the last 15 minutes. Everyone seemed to enjoy the orange flavor, which gave it a unique freshness. I thought the crust was a little bit too hard at first, but was perfect the second day after it had soaked up a little moisture from the cake.

This cheesecake is so simple to make. The biscotti crust gives the cheesecake an almond like flavor (this would probably depend on what kind of biscotti you use. The cheesecake filling itself has a light orange/honey flavor, and it's sweet and creamy. It's different from your average cheesecake and it's so good!

This was my first cheesecake and I was amazed. Everybody loved it. I used orange biscotti for the crust which added a tangy flavor to go with the lemon zest.

I have eaten cheese cakes all my life and have not made one more easily and good tasting as the Honey Ricotta cheesecake, it has become my favorite cheese cake, Thank you

This was a big hit on Thanksgiving. Have the food processor really blended everything so wonderfully together. I will def. make it again. Loved the crust, that was the closer!

Was awesome. Everyone loved it. Made it for Thanksgiving. Had trouble with the crust sticking to the pan, though. Oh well. Maybe I'll grease the bottom next time.
