I tried this thinking it would be a nice drink for my wife and I'm sure it will be fine. I would say though that the syrup made it a little on the rich side, so I'm thinking of maybe lowering the sugar to maybe 1/2 or 3/4 cup.
Other than that the cinnamon is a nice addition and overall its a great cup of iced coffee.

I served this delicious iced coffee to my sister, a coffeeholic. It was a record hot day in St. Louis, and we were very thirsty. This tasty cinnamon coffee was scrumptious and we drank another cup immediately. Creamy, cinnamonny,caffee! Love it!

I have an automatic espresso machine so the only 'trouble' was making the cinnamon sugar syrup. This recipe was good but not great; strong coffee flavor but not sweet enough. I would drink this if made by another but wouldn't bother to make it myself again.
I believe the jars can be purchased in hardware or grocery stores.

i'm not even a coffee drinker and i loved this! i used regular coffee and low-fat milk. the cinnamon is a nice touch. will definitely make again!
