Every time I'd made lasagna, it came out all watery and fell apart when I took my fork to it. Not this lasagna. It was really tasty and the texture is just what it should be.

after seeing the individual vegetable lasagnas version, i chose to edit this version on a larger scale. i made it for our high school christmas party and it was an huge success. i followed the layers but used a chaffing dish and lasagna noodles. i can't tell you how awesome this dish was. thanks, giada!

Very good recipe, but I would add more tomato sauce and cheese between the layers to help bind layers together more. Overall, very tasty vegetarian lasagna!

I made this for a family and received rave reviews.

The beans seemed a little odd to me at first, but they tasted great! I used fresh baby spinach, not frozen.

Very good, I made my own lasagna sheets and the next time I'll make it a little thicker, couldn't even tell there was pasta was there. I add a little more of the simple sauce then the reciepe called for. The combination of flavors were great, I especially enjoyed the beans, it seem to add a creamy depth that was really nice. Will definitely make again.

As a vegetarian I am always looking for new dishes that will also please a non-vegetarian. Made this for a crowd and everyone loved it, both vegetarians and meat-eaters.

I converted this recipe to a whol-pan lasagna. It was very easy and came out perfect!
