    I loved this lasagna and like another reviewer, thought it was a nice change of pace to the traditional heavy lasagna. Reading the recipe, I was a little concerned about the beans, but they were fine. I added a little ricotta in the layers just because I couldn't imagine lasagna w/o ricotta. The downside ... my husband who is a meat lover said this didn't even deserve to be called lasagna and both my he and my 3 year old disected out the veggies!

    Delicious! I've made this several times now and modified the ingredients depending on the veggies I had on hand. This dish turned out every time!

    The bottom layer of filling sounded strange to me (using beans in a lasagna?, but it was fabulous! I can't wait to eat the leftovers for lunch today! I made this as a 9x13 pan and it worked out great. It was a really nice change from all the super heavy cheesy lasagna recipes out there.

    Not your typical vegetable lasagne! This was easy to prepare, delicious, and a great way to eat veggies. I substituted fresh mozzarella and skipped the butter.
