This was my first time cooking couscous and watching the video was very useful. I used whole wheat couscous and substituted the chicken broth with vegetable broth. Very easy to prepare and simply delicious. Everyone enjoyed it, especially my son who sometimes is a picky eater. I love that I can pack it for my kids' lunch instead of preparing a turkey and cheese sandwich.

I was never a fan of couscous but I've discovered that the larger pearls of Israeli couscous have a completely different taste and texture and I'm now a fan. This is a very tastey dish. The dressing works well without overpowering the dish. I'm not a huge fan of rosemary so I cut back a bit so that there was a hint of flavor but not to much. This recipe makes a huge amount. Next time I'll halve the recipe.

My family eats it up fast every time I make it. It's a staple in our home.

I just made it and it tastes fantastic! I didn't have apple cider vinegar and put wine vinegar-still a great taste!

I very much hated the taste of the apple cider vinegar but thats just my pallet, everyone else thought it was delicious. I tried it vegetarian with vegetable stock and it was very tasty with the cranberries and apples, again the only thing i didn't like was the vinegar

Tasty...Indeed. I cooked the couscous in "Better than Bullion" and doubled the parsley. Of course by using the BTB (it is lower in salt than bullion I just put a pinch of salt in. I didn't put the rosemary in. Oh, I happened to have smoked almonds on hand, so I used those.

    It's a winner!

Followed recipe exactly. Can't quite put my finger on what we didn't like in the recipe--rosemary? In trying to make it more tasty, I added a little more salt as I had used only a pinch at the onset. Nope. I was tempted to try some Dijon mustard as another reviewer did but decided against it as I was bringing this as a covered dish. Much was left on people's plates--damaging to my reputation as good cook. Won't be making this again.

I have made this twice now. First time per recipe(less salt as I saw the video and she uses a pinch. I felt there was too much couscous so the second time I used one cup of couscous and 1 1/2 cup of broth. Much better. It increased the ratio of pasta to veggies that I like. I also used the same ratio on Giada's other couscous recipe with cippolini onions and brocolli. I think that recipe is better but this is very good. Still worthy of 5* to me. I always end up eating the entire dish by myself and I only weigh 104 lbs.
