This was great. I couldn't find Israeli couscous, so I used orzo. It was very different from any other pasta salad that I have ever tasted. I loved using fresh herbs from my garden and I am eager to make it again, hopefully I'll be able to find the Israeli couscous.

This was pretty good. I didn't have any rosemary or parsley, but it still tasted good.

Outstanding!!!!!! I will definitely make this again and again. Initially I thought the liquid would not be fully absorbed by the couscous -- yet it eventually was. Also, I wondered if there was too much dressing -- and it turned out to be perfect -- just as is. Easy, delicious, beautiful presentation -- great for a dinner party.

This dish was fabulous for a weeknight meal. It was easy and simple, I ran out of couscous, so i used barley along with it, and it paired wonderfully together, will probley do that time to because it turned out so good. I also turned it into a main dish, by having roasted chicken breast with tarragon on the side. A yummy unexpected weeknight meal, will def. do again.

This is a REALLY GOOD recipe. I used orzo pasta. My only recommendation would be to add the dressing in small amounts. I added the whole dressing and mixed it and found it too vinegary and salty. Had I added only half of the dressing, stirred it in, and then added more dressing to taste, I would have given 5 stars.

Also, the orzo pasta was a great substitute if you are not a cous cous fan!

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and I honestly cannot see how others rated it so high. The amount of syrup was so overpowering that my kids said it tasted like pancakes! I like the other flavors though and next time will try honey as a substitute. It did taste better the second day but I added a bit more vinegar to offset the syrup in order to be able to eat it.
