I followed the recipe exactly and loved it. You could add the dressing a little at a time to see how much you like, but I used it all. Everyone at my party wanted the recipe.

Just had this for dinner w/ a pork tenderloin...amazing! The flavor is complex, clean, and surprisingly addictive. Do use more maple syrup (I watched the show and she added 3 tbsp, not 2, but, other than that, super simple. Can't wait to make this for friends!

I've made this recipe 4 times and everyone has loved it. I'm always asked for the recipe. I don't alter the recipe at all. It's key to make sure the couscous is completely cooled before adding everything to it. I make sure to make it several hours ahead so it has enough time to cool and then add everything and let it sit. It's almost better the next day when all the flavors are really combined. If you have 4-6 people you're feeding, you could 1/2 the recipe. It makes a ton. This is a keeper!

I JUST LOVED THIS RECIPE, IT HAD SO MANY DIFFERENT FLAVORS GOING ON, I COULDN'T FIND THE ISRAELI COUSCOUS SO I USED ORZO INSTEAD, AND I FORGOT TO ADD THE APPLE, IT DIDN'T MATTER BECASUE IT HAD SO MUCH FLAVOR, I MADE MORE VINAIGRETTE & PUT IT ON A SALAD THE NEXT DAY, IT WAS SO GOOD. A REAL KEEPER!

I made this recipe this weekend - once to bring to the beach as a side to the egg salad sanwiches that Giada made on another episode with pancetta and gorgonzola (which is also an amazing recipe and once to a barbecue and everyone absolutely LOVED it. I couldn't find Israeli couscous anywhere (I could only find the smaller kind so I subbed quinoa for the couscous and it was delicious! A lot of people had never had quinoa, so they were really interested in learning how healthy and great it is for you - it's pretty readily available too now in the health food aisle at the supermarket or at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Everyone wanted to know the recipe and I ended up giving people the extra to take home. I want to try getting one of those pre-made rotisserie chickens at the supermarket and pulling it apart and tossing it in to make a yummy entree out of it. Loved loved loved it! Such a great alternative to boring pasta salad! :

This recipe really is 5 star. It was sensational. I am so angry that 2 people (who had no business writing a review with a one star have ruined the ranking of this recipe. I did add rotisserie chicken to make it a main meal. Next time I plan on using 2 apples and maybe even a little blue cheese.

After watching Giada prepare this on TV, I had to try it because it looked easy and delicious and it was! I followed the recipe exactly....my family really enjoyed the combination of flavors between the toasted almonds, nutty couscous, herbs, and fruit. The dressing was light and not over powering. My family enjoyed it and we will definitely be making it again.

I AM JUST CATCHING UP SOME SHOWS FROM OUR DVR RECORDINGS AND AFTER REVIEWING THIS SHOW I NOTICE THAT THE PROBLEM MAY NOT BE WITH THE ACV BUT WITH THE FACT THAT THE INCORRECT AMOUNT OF MAPPLE SYRUP WAS LISTED, IE 2 TABLESPOONS. IT SHOULD BE 3 TABLESPOONS.

ALSO, WHAT WAS NOT LISTED BUT WAS IMPLIED IN THE BODY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS IS THAT GIADA TOASTED THE ISRAELI COUSCOUS IN A LITTLE EVOO. THE EXTRA EVOO NEEDED IS NOT LISTED.

BEFORE I SEND IN ANY CORRECTIONS I DOUBLE CHECK TO MAKE SURE. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT THERE. I KOW YOUR COMMENTS HAVE HELPED ME!

    MARIA
