For those people who don't know how to do a simple search for Pound Cake with Citrus Cream, here is the link. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/toasted-pound-cake-with-citrus-cream-recipe/index.html Now stop giving this recipe one star when you haven't made it!!!!!

If you watch the episode she toasts the couscous in the 2 Tablespoons of olive oil..the episode pretty much starts with her putting the olive oil in the pan. And people stop reviewing a recipe if you have not made the recipe.

I agree with Diane. The "Review" portion of this website is for REVIEWS ONLY; and not for asking where to find someone else's recipe, or where to find pound cake?!@&* If you haven't tried the recipe, then don't comment AND DON'T RAGE IT! To give a rating of 1 star on a recipe that you haven't even tried is repugnant. Anyway, I DID TRY the recipe and it is delicious. The sweetness of the cranberries help to round out the tartness of the apples. The apples give crunch and texture to the couscous. If anyone is wondering about the pound cake in the segment, it is FROZEN pound cake; so you won't find a recipe for it in that particular segment. You can find it in the FROZEN section of your grocery store, already made.

I used the two tablespoons of oil to toast the couscous before adding the chicken stock and the recipe worked perfectly. Loved it!

I hat it when people review the recipes when they are just looking for them online or haven't even attempted to make the recipe BUT, here I am doing just that. In this case it is because the recipe says add the olive oil and then put in the couscous. Now then....Giada toasted her couscous on the show in a dry pan....AND the only olive oil that is listed in the ingredients is the 1/4 Cup that is really for the dressing. So DO NOT put 1/4 Cup of olive oil in the pan to cook the couscous in. I will be making this tomorrow so will review the recipe after that. Sorry to be one of those that skews the rating but felt I had to make the correction to the recipe.

I 'm guessing that the rest of the recipes will be up by the end of the day or by the end of Monday. I too want the pound cake recipe. I can't keep up w/the writing while watching so I'm hoping that all her recipes are up here.
I hate to have to put a rating on it as I haven't made it yet. I wish each show had a forum to discuss this stuff.
We love you Giada!
