This was great. Just a reminder that the average box of pearl couscous is only one cup, so I only made half the recipe. Great taste!

    Giada,
I made this recipe for a party and it was sensational. Everyone wanted the recipe. I added chopped dried apricots and also added chopped green onion.I omitted the rosemary because I had some people who I knew disliked the taste of it.The dressing was great and this is definitely a keeper.
Thanks Giada for another great recipe.

This was my first time cooking couscous and watching the video was very useful. I used whole wheat couscous and substituted the chicken broth with vegetable broth. Very easy to prepare and simply delicious. Everyone enjoyed it, especially my son who sometimes is a picky eater. I love that I can pack it for my kids' lunch instead of preparing a turkey and cheese sandwich.

I was never a fan of couscous but I've discovered that the larger pearls of Israeli couscous have a completely different taste and texture and I'm now a fan. This is a very tastey dish. The dressing works well without overpowering the dish. I'm not a huge fan of rosemary so I cut back a bit so that there was a hint of flavor but not to much. This recipe makes a huge amount. Next time I'll halve the recipe.

My family eats it up fast every time I make it. It's a staple in our home.

I just made it and it tastes fantastic! I didn't have apple cider vinegar and put wine vinegar-still a great taste!

I very much hated the taste of the apple cider vinegar but thats just my pallet, everyone else thought it was delicious. I tried it vegetarian with vegetable stock and it was very tasty with the cranberries and apples, again the only thing i didn't like was the vinegar

Tasty...Indeed. I cooked the couscous in "Better than Bullion" and doubled the parsley. Of course by using the BTB (it is lower in salt than bullion I just put a pinch of salt in. I didn't put the rosemary in. Oh, I happened to have smoked almonds on hand, so I used those.

    It's a winner!
