This was fantastic and easy! A real family pleaser! I took "ItalianBella's" advice and added red pepper and Italian seasoning while cooking the chicken. I'm not a garlic fan, so I simply cut a garlic clove in half and used while sauteing and then discarded. Next time will add the portabellas and basil! This recipe has endless possibilities and will definitely become a staple of my kitchen.

Love this recipe! I made this for my super picky finace and he loved it! I seasoned the chicken with Italian seasoning- and it definitley made a difference. I also used the little elbow pasta and added an extra can of tomatoes.

I thought the proportions were perfect for my boyfriend and me. I used penne noodles instead since I did not have the required noodles. I used Italian bread crumbs as well for extra flavor and I put more Parmesan cheese on top then was required. This was a very nice dish and we have leftovers

We thought this was delicious! I used Italian bread crumbs on the top, which gave it a stronger flavor and it was perfect. Thanks for a great recipe!

i didnt have onions so put a lil extra garlic. it was still reallly good...i also doubled the chicken and added chicken broth powder and a lil oil to the chicken before cooking it. i added a lil extra splash of tomato juice from the can to prevent dryness - worked out perfect.

Made this tonight. I seasoned up my chicken a little extra based on the other reviews. Added mushrooms. Used more for everything that the menu asked. Loved it. My room mate who is a little eater went for seconds.
