After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried this would be bland, but I added two cans of tomatoes (we love tomatoes! just in case it made need a little more substance, and it turned out perfect--Thanks Giada!!!!

My husband, who is a very picky eater, loved this dish. He had seconds and even took some to work the next day!

My family is a group of picky eaters. I decided to try this simple recipe on them and they all loved it. I added more chicken and pasta (I used small shells because I was feeding 5. had a nice salad and garlic bread with it. They asked to have it again some day soon.

This dish was easy to make and so good too. I did make a few changes - mini penne instead of pastina, two chicken breasts cut up, 3 cloves of garlic, no parsley and one can of diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano. Next time I will double the recipe for sure. It was not bland or dry. The aroma was awesome.

it was really good. I used an extra cup of pasta because one cup didn't seem to be enough

I've only tried this recipe once and I didn't serve it until 1-2 hours after it was done. Although it was still pretty warm (I covered is mostly with foil, the cheese started solidifying again. It's great out of the oven, or if you're eating it as leftovers, warm it up until it's nice and cheezy again. Also, I didn't care too much about the parmesean on top because it was too crispy. Next time I'll try a softer cheese with the bread crumbs.

The picture looks like it'd be yummy but once you actually make it, you find out otherwise.
It really lacks a lot of flavor no matter how much you doctor it up. If you really want to make it, I'd suggest mixing the bread crumbs with a little melted butter for a better crust on top. It keeps it from drying out.
This recipe would probably taste a lot better with an alfredo sauce instead of tomatoes.

I made this recipe on a whim one night when I had a craving for pasta. However, I made some minor modifications. I added more garlic and added dried oregano, basil, zucchini and mushrooms.
