I love it. Even my picky eater loved it. My 9 year old loves to help cook it.

I love this recipe and have made it several times. Tonight I didn't have everything on hand so made some substitutions: 2 ripe tomatoes instead of canned, sun-dried tomato chicken sausage instead of chicken breast and fresh oregano instead of parsley. Still tastes delicious! I highly recommend.

I made this tonight questioning how well it would turn out....thinking it'd be too plan. However, it turned out AMAZING and my family and I loved it! I used italian breadcrumbs, garlic and oregano diced tomatoes, and wheat penne pasta, those are the only things I tweaked other than doubling the amount. YUM! It was so quick and easy to make I will be adding this to our weekly menu.

Doubled this recipe as is with the exception of using one can of diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano and one fire roasted as that is what I had on hand. It is absolutely a keeper. I think made without the chicken would it would serve as a great side dish for another main meat item (I'm thinking chicken parm, or for a vegetarian dish. Absolutely a winner.

Another family fave, most of the ingrediants are already on hand, so its a go to meal often! Makes a big serving and even better the second day!
