I picked this recipe because it was a kids meal, but I liked it just as much as they did. Like some of the other reviewers, I added more chicken and more pasta, and served it with Italian green beans. I may try it with fresh basil instead of parsley next time, but I will definately make it again.

This is an excellent dish. Simply because it's not too heavy. My 5 y/o loved it! Thanks!

Reminded me a bit of a polenta casserole. It was a bit tame, but as it was meant for kids' palates (and mine had 2 helpings, it was a perfect dish with no complaints. Next time I'll try it wish fresh basil instead of (or with the fresh parsley, and perhaps toss in some ital sausage. Regardless, I'll make it again - yum!

I really like Giada's recipies, and use them often. This dish though came out a little dry and blend.

I made this with the roasted vegetables from the show and my family loved it. My husband does not like tomoates and he had even eaten a second helping.

This recipe is as good as it looked on TV! I added a little more garlic and onions, but other than that, perfect!
