    Recently, I had several people over for brunch and included these on the menu. Since there were quite a few people, I doubled the recipe. They were SO easy to make and the presentation was beautiful. I think I had ONE leftover. Everyone raved about them. I'll definitely be making these again!

    I just adore Giada, her program and especially her recipes! This one was no exception. I made it for a Father's Day Brunch and it was a hit! Thank you Giada, you are quite an inspiration.

    i love this recipe because you can take it and make it your own. i used smoked sausage and grilled it instead of baking it and it was wonderful!!

    This was SO easy ... my husband volunteered to make it. He used a spicy Italian sausage instead of the sweet Italian and we liked the added punch. This is a recipe that I'll make for the grandchildren; they'll love it!!! The spicy/sweet combination was delightful; a wonderful breakfast or brunch for lazy weekends.
