I made these and though they were good, the filling tasted like butter. I added more orange rind and a little orange extract. Once that was done it was much better. I would make these again.

i loved making these cookies. my friends and family loved them and i loved them too. it was very simple and easy to make and gather ingredients. the only thing that was hard to find was the italian corn meal. overall it was a great desert.
