This salad was delicious! It is simple and the perfect accompaniment to the rest of the meal. I will definitely be making this again!

The beans really make this salad a meal! I have this by itself or along side chicken or pork. It goes wonderful with Giada's stuffed pork chops with sundried tomatoes and spinach! Everyone seems to like this salad and it is a staple in the salad section of my recipe book!

The only change I made was adding pealed orange slices (as Giada has done in other recipes, using a paring knife to make pealing easy--I tend to like a little sweetness to balance the bitterness of the radicchio. The juice from the orange sweetens the vinaigrette just a little making a really nice effect.

This is a beautiful salad. Very colorful. I added a little rice wine vinegar, some dijon mustard and a small amount of sugar to the salad dressing because I thought it was a little bland. I added some celery, radishes and gorgonzola cheese to the salad. It was delicious and I got rave reviews from our guests.

Made this salad as a side to lasagna and it was pretty good. I would make this again.

don't save the beans for to long because they go bad.

This salad was very easy to make, but it didn't "Wow" my tastebuds. It was adequate, but I don't think I would make it again.

Makes a nice light lunch. I usually omit the radiccio and use a mixture of salad greens instead. The dressing is surprisingly light and not bitter.
