    The carmelized onions, roasted peppers, and fontina worked really well together. I didn't care for the parsley and will probably substitute basil next time. This was really delicious and a nice change from regular quesadillas.

    What a wonderful twist on the old Mexican theme! We used vidalia onions and omitted the sugar. Simply scrumptious and easy to prepare!
