    Fabulous!!!
    I substituted the fennel with culantro leaves(not cilantro in the boil, preperation was not very demanding.
    Let sit for 15 min for all flavors to enhance.

    This one of my favorites, mostly because seafood is my favorite. But this recipe description was excellent and fun at the same time. This is a dish that i'll prepare this evening. I watched the show for the first time today and will continue to watch.
