I love this soup....chicken stock with
mini meatballs is a great combo...I make a batch of this for a few days....I also add "ancini pepe" to
it for a filling meal.

saw the episode, today bought the ingredients, and whipped it up after work in no time! after first taste, i rolled my eyes in delight...sheer bliss. sent the recipe along to Italian sister in law...she will LOVE this!

I made this soup and was overwhelmed
at its simplicity and delicious flavor.
Western Pa. at this time of the year
is so beautiful...this soup was the
perfect complement to a lovely fall day.

I thougt this was a very easy and delicous soup, perfect for tha cold fall day. It was very light and flavorable. I really liked the meatballs! also toasted bagets with a ight drizzle of olive oil and asiago cheese instead of parmisiano or romano. I will definetly cook this again!!!
