I made this vegetarian by substituting the shrimp for 4 different kinds of mushrooms. It was so delicious!
I also made the "Linguine with Butter, Pecorino, Arugula and Black Pepper" recipe from this episode and they tasted great mixed together on my plate.
Highly reccomend both recipes.

Another great dish. I prepared this last night. It was my first time making pesto so I was a bit nervous. It turned out wonderful. The pesto didn't overpower the shirmp, in fact it was just the perfect compliment!

I made this as directed, only I used smaller shrimp. I made it with the Linguine with Butter, Pecorino, Arugula and Black Pepper. My oh my, how delicious, I loved it! Even my husband said "you can keep this recipe"!

This recipe is incredably easy to make and one of the best seafood feasts I've ever had. My husband went NUTS!!! Absolutely make the linguine to go with it. Simple vinigrette salad and bread with dipping oil was all we needed for a great dinner. Can't wait to serve it to guests.
