Very easy to make - mint adds a nice taste - not over powering at all. Thought I would not like the pesto but it as fabulous. Can't wait to share it with firends and family. Made it with the linguine featured on the show and it was great together. Tasted like fine itialian dining.

I made this dish for a holiday party. It was quick and easy to make and got rave reviews from everyone present. It is light tasting and the mint is a pleasant suprise!

This was very good. Make sure you don't add too much salt to the shrimp. You don't need it.

I made this dish last Friday night after deciding the weather was too yucky to go out to eat. From start to finish, this shrimp took me about 15 minutes (including cooking the pasta dish featured in this same episode. The flavor is wonderful and the preparation is so easy! Hands down, this beats any shrimp dish I could have ordered in a restaurant. This one will be a regular at my house!
