This was fantastic! I added rosemary, thyme, mushrooms and more veggies and less meat as others recommended and really loved this dish. My hubby is not a huge lamb fan and he went back for seconds! Great flavor and perfect for a cold day.

Wow - this was really good. I also added some sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary as others did. We prefer more vegetables than meat, so I used two pounds of lamb, and added celery and mushrooms to the veggies. I will probably use even less meat next time (and there will be a next time and maybe more wine or broth (the liquid really cooks down.

Excellent! I prepared a boneless leg of lamb roast (Giada's recipe for Saturday's dinner and used the leftover meat to make lamb stew on Sunday. It was a winner! I added a sprig of thyme and rosemary which really added flavor, used honey yellow potatoes which I had on hand and pearl onions as my store didn't carry cipolline. Since I had the leg bone I browned that and added it to the stew...so good! This receipe is a keeper...thanks Giada!

the lamb in this stew comes out like butter, it melts in your mouth. The sauce is great over rice. Got many compliments.

Couldn't find cipollines, even in Trader Joe's, so I used golden pearl onions. It came out great anyway. The aromal was fantastic. It tasted wonderful and was so easy to prepare. Can't wait to make it again.
