This recipe is not hard to prepare and the result is one of the best stews I've ever had. even if you don't like lamb you'll love this!

This recipe was simple to prepare, but packed full of flavor. It was also suprisingly not too much more expensive than a traditional beef stew. I would definitely reccomend that you give this recipe a try, you won't be disappointed.

This was absolutely delicious. A favorite dish from now on. The lamb was so tender. Yes it was more expensive than beef but I justify spending a little more because if we had gone out to eat our food bill would have been a whole lot more expensive.

What a rich, thick and flavorful stew! This was my first time cooking with lamb and it was a hit. I will definitely make this again.

Served this to guests and they LOVED it! I couldn't get lamb, so I used beef instead, but the next time I want to try it with the lamb.

Fantastic recipe! I simmered the stew for two hours instead of 1.5 and tossed in the veggies 1 hr into the cooking. The lamb and veggies were completely tender! It's a bit of work but totally worth it.
