    Although this recipe took a bit of time, it came out great. I did not do the sauce on the side thing, but I will next time. It was great!

    This turned out to be the best lasagna I've ever had. The frozen spinach was fine, not bitter, and the balance of flavors is wonderful. Does not have more fattening ingredients as some other lasagnas, like eggs and beef, but is just as flavorful.

    I made this recipe for the first time yesterday and it was OUT of this WORLD!!! My husband couldn't stop raving...even our kids (5, and 7 loved it too!!!

    This dish was a lot of fun to make and tastes absolutely divine!!

    My family and I are always looking for something new to try. We were watching food network the other day and Everything Italian was on and the girls saw the lasagna rolls and wanted to make them. We made the lasagna rolls for my Mother and Father and they loved them and wanted to know when we were going to make them again. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
