Everyone thought I was a genius. It was great, My only change was Wheat pasta. It was still very good. This makes it easy to take it to work the next day IF you have any leftovers.

I thought is was great, and so did my college age son. I had to use bacon, as I did not have any prosciutto on hand. I don't see how Giada stays so tiny with these rich dishes. I used part skim ricotta and 2% milk. It was plenty rich. I will say I find that high quality ricotta is far superior than lesser brands - I get mine at Whole Foods. My husband was not crazy about it, which was a shocker. I think he did not care for the bacon. It did have a pretty strong flavor, where prosciutto would have been more subtle.

These were ok. Made for company and no raves. Mama Neelys lasagna recipe is much better.

Loved this recipe! I didn't make the rolls though; I prefer the traditional style of layered lasagna. I usually make homemade spaghetti meat sauce, have it for dinner one night, and then use the leftover meat sauce in place of the marinara in a lasagna for the next night's dinner. The bechamel, and spinach mixture were great additions to the meat sauce and made for a delicious lasagna!

Very good. One child exclaimed... "I don't even like lasagna and I LOVE this!"

This recipe get maximum thumbs up and I did not even have the prosciutto to put in it... can't wait to try it again. It was a great way to use up some left over ricotta cheese I had from thanksgiving. :- Thanks!

    Loved it!
My mother in law who hates every thing I cook even loved it and ate it all ! THANK YOU!
I used jar marinara instead due to time. I also didn't put oil in my pan when precooking the egg plant. It still toasted nicely, but didn't add to much oil that every one was talking about. I will defiantly make this again and I don't even like egg plant!

Excellent, my family loved this recipe. That is except for my youngest who likes very little. I used Rao's homemade marinara sauce with basil, which is totally yummy. I made this recipe twice and the second time I bought 2 jars of sauce because it totally needed more sauce. When you make it you have leftover lasagna noodles. I sliced up the leftover noodles and mixed with some of the marinara sauce and my youngest was very happy and we had no leftovers. I'm just learning how to cook and this recipe was extremely easy and fun to make!

Made this dish exactly as Giada's, it was not as complicated as it looks, and it was fabulous, my husband could not stop talking about it and the girls at his work ask for the recipe too. It was really delicious. It will become a staple at my house. Thanks Giada, for another great recipe.

I will give this recipe 10 stars if I could though I did tweak it a little. I did not have mozzarella cheese so I used sharp cheddar and I also didn't have marinara so I used diced tomatoes from the can with their juices. It turned out wonderful. My husband even asked me if this was store bought because it was so good!
