While it's a little more work than a regular lasagna, these Lasagna Rolls are absolutely delicious. And they have a wonderful presentation. Perfect for entertaining.

This smelled fantastic while it was cooking. However, I was a little disappointed with the overall taste. I thought it was a little bland and the lasagna noodles got too dry during the baking process.

I have yet to make a recipe from Giada that is not delicious and usually very easy to make , this one is no different

I love my Mother's Lasagna recipe so until Giada's Lasagna Roll recipe, I've never tried anything else. However, these were delicious and very easy to make. It's a nice variation from my Mom's recipe - actually very different but just as good. The roll ups are a fun new way to eat a traditional dish!

We loved these! Based upon several reviewers' complaints that these were somewhat bland, I made sure to season liberally with salt and pepper during each step of this recipe, and the outcome was absolutely delicious. Great recipe for entertaining, less temperamental than traditional layered lasagne.

I made this for my entire family for Mother's Day. It was an amazing hit! I even left out the prosciutto for a few of the rolls to make them vegetarian (for myself and they were delicious. It's a long and somewhat tedious recipe, but so very worth it. I definitely reccomend this!
