    I made these for my family, and they loved them. I also made a separate little serving for a neighbor, who asked me for the recipe the next day so I guess she loved them, too. They are extremely easy to make, and are a very attractive dish to serve.

    This was a fabulous dish! I wasn't sure what the bechamel sauce would do, but it was a definite plus, plus, plus! It made it so creamy and delicious! Very easy and my husband flipped over it...and he does not lack for Italian cooking from me! Definite party pleaser!

    This was a beutiful Dish. My Brother-inlaws came to town and I wanted to cook something special for them. They loved it and I was pleased with the appearence.

    I loved how easy these were to make, and my husband and dinner guest loved them, but I thought they were not perfect. They seemed a little dry, and I thought they could use some garlic. Also, I felt that the prosciutto got kind of lost in the dish, and really didn't add much to it. I think next time I would add a coulple of cloves of garlic to the filling, withold the prosciutto, and up the quantity of spinach. Maybe also a little more sauce over the top.. I think these changes would make a fabulous dish, and I could serve it as a vegetarian alternative.

    It is marked as a difficulty of medium, but I thought they were rather easy to make. A nice twist to lasagne!!! It's been added to my favorites list.

    These came out great, very good. The proscuitto gave off such a great flavor, I added a little more than the recipe called for, but was delicious.
