    I found this very tasty, but somewhat dry. Needed more sauce...or perhaps I should not have squeezed so much water from the spinach.

    This is probably the best lasagna recipe I've ever made. The bechemel sauce makes all the difference. Make sure you either buy CHOPPED spinach or chop it yourself. I didn't buy chopped and it was difficult to fold into the ricotta mixture. Will definitely make this again and again.

    Truly Delicios!
    I might have to make this once a week!

    For added texture and flavor try diced tomatoes v/s red sauce.

    I use a little more Flor de Sal in the Bechamel than called for, either way still very good.

    I MADE THE LASAGNA ROLLS MONDAY APRIL 11,2005. I SHARED THEM WITH THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE.
    NET AND HOWARD NAGLE - VERY GOOD
    RON ROME JR. EXCELLENT
    RONNIE AND EMILY THE VERY BEST LASAGNA WE EFER HAD.
    I COOK A LOT FOR MY 4 SONS. I CAN'T WAIT FOR OUR NEXT GET TOGETHER SO I CAN MAKE THE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.
    I SAW YOU MAKE THE LASAGNA ROLLS ON YOUR SHOW TWICE.

    IT IS EASY AND FUN TO MAKE.
