    My hubby prepared this tonight according to recipe. Our future changes:
    Substitute cottage cheese for the ricotta. We find ricotta too dry. Add several cloves of minced garlic to the spinach mixture and spoon a small amount of marinara sauce over the spinach mixture just prior to roll up. We just prefer these enhancements. Will definately keep Giada's recipe. We love the roll up idea!

    This recipe is well written and easy to follow. The lasagna noodles did not stick together thanks to the oil in the boiling salted water. The filling made just enough for 10 rolls, exactly the number of noodles in the package. My wife commented that this was the best dish that I have cooked yet! I felt like a real chef.

    I made this for my family last night.....And my kids, who are typical picky eaters, loved it. It was so much fun to have individual rolls for everyone. I, unfortunately, couldn't stop at just one! But I will definitely add this to my monthly menu. It's a keeper!

    What a tasty dish this was! The beschemel sauce really made it rich and creamy. I will definitely make this again. I think it would also make a great dinner for guests.
