    The great thing about this recipe is the versatility for which it can be prepared. My wife and I don't like ricotta cheese so we imoprovised using palin yogurt, romano and gorganzola cheeses. Also, a scattering of diced porcini mushrooms adds a nice touch. The versatile nature allows any taste to be satisfied.

    this dish was a little challenging for me, but it was definately worth all the work! everything came out delicious and made plenty of food. I substituted sauteed ground beef for the prosciutto, which i really liked. i will definately make this one again.

    Much easier and faster than traditional lasagna. I made it with spinach and portabellos and it turned out tasty. I will never make lasagna the old way again.
