I enjoyed every bite of this dish...! I cannot wait to make more for my parent-in-law soon!

Wonderful! To cut a bit (not a ton on prep time use large/jumbo pasta shells. Although it still takes time to stuff each shell I find it easier then filling and rolling the lasagne noodles. Also, the filling remains inside the shell vs. melting out the ends. Serving is a bit easier, as well, since it is much easier to use a large serving spoon to scoop up the filled shell out of the dish without it falling apart. Stuffed shells make just as much of a impressive presentation to family and guests. Just a suggestion. I've made a similar recipe for years using creamed spinach, ricotta and mozzarella topped with marinara, however, this one blows it out of the water with the two sauces and other added ingredients!

Easier than it looked, and nice change from standard lasagna. Liked the way the bechamel mixed in with the marinara sauce. Maybe I overstuffed the noodles, but I had 5 noodles left over when filling ran out. Used chopped sauteed mushroom instead of meat. Note that the ricotta mixture does need extra seasoning...garlic, nutmeg, and some chili flakes was good.

I liked this dish. However, I added garlic and nutmeg to the cheese mixture and skipped the bechamel sauce. Whenever, I make this again I will add this sauce. This will not be a staple recipe for me. It was quite time consuming. I still have some cheese mixture leftover to roll, roll and roll!
