a great base recipe, but I dotored it with a lot of garic and italian spices. I left out meat since we are vegetarian-- everyone loved it ---I think next time I I will double white sauce as it soaked in and also will bake at a lower temperature - I thibk 450 is high-- overall i will be making again

My two year old ate it as well as my husband and I. I think it was easier to make than lasagna but the bechemel sauce and presentation make it feel special.

fantastic! 5* 5 diamond. seriously. I used "naturally preferred" tomato and basil organic sauce instead of marinara (softer and much better taste for me and just used a regular ham instead of prosciutto and it turned out perfect perfect perfect. Thank you for a fab dinner Giada:

6 months later: Giada, I impress more and more people with these rolls. People take double portions and I pack the rest for them home and it's just amazing how awesome this is. Thank you so much again. it's a keeper not only in my household

I made this last night and it was a total hit with my family!! My two year old son loved it. I love the fact that it packs a substantial amount of spinach. I look forward to trying a few variations of this dish that other viewers have provided in the reviews. Giada is my favorite chef and I must say that she has nailed it again with this one!

I was really disappointed in this dish. The bechamel is completely overwhelmed by the marinara and essentially disappears, and rolling the lasagna noodles makes for an extremely noodle-heavy dish--it would have been much better with the noodles in the traditional lasagna format. Also, the prosciutto--?!?! I feel like I just bought it and threw it in the garbage can, it was totally lost in the ricotta and noodles. This recipe sounded intriguing in theory, but was very disappointing in actuality. And now I have to eat it for the rest of the weekend.

This dish was absolutely delicious! I am not a fan of lasagna, because I think it is very filling due to the amount of noodles used, but doing the roll up method, it makes the dish fabulous. I did double the white sauce per other reviews and I used sweet Italian Chicken sausage instead of the proscuitto. Will definitely make this dish again.

This meal was a bit of work, but well worth it! I made some minor adjustments - low-fat milk and cheese, as well as I omitted the meat and added artichoke instead...and it was so yummy! The only thing I might mention is the baking time could be reduced by 5 minutes. The presentation was also good - a good dinner to make for friends =. Overall, very tasty!
