This took way too long to make and the cheese mixture portion wise for noodle was not even! I ended up with way too many noodles and well will be trying it tonight. Not too sure about this one!

Giada: This was a nice novel approach to the standard flat layered lasagna I normally make. I like have the bechamel sauce as on the bottom, I normally would use my marinara - and the pinch of nutmeg was just right. Forgive me for not using the prosciutto but at over $20/lb if the prosciutto has to be the star of the show and I was afraid it would get lost in the crowd. I did add some Italian sausage to the top of the rolls before I added the cheese to make sure I had some meat in the dish. I am glad I made this dish and so is my wife.

Very tasty recipe, but I miss the meaty flavor of regular lasagna. This reminded me of veggie lasagna, or ricotta stuffed shells, not regular meat lasagna. I couldn't taste the proscuitto; might have been less-than great proscuitto, I don't know. I love that they provide easy to measure portion sizes and the presentation is much more attractive than regular lasagna. I will definitely make again, but will use ground beef instead of proscuitto to hopefully get the meaty flavor.

Great Company recipe... The best part is that it can be made the day before and cooked the day of your party so that the host/hostess can actually relax and enjoy themselves too.
Definately double the recipe for the bechamel.
Cooked ground sausage is also great in this intead of the prosciutto (which is very hard to detect.
Make some with and some without meat to appeal to all tastes.
I added red pepper flakes and fresh basil to the ricotta mixture and sometimes instead of marinara I use vodka sauce!!
OMG is that good with the Bechamel!
Serve it with homemade meatballs and a great ceasar salad and you'll be a huge hit!

This is pretty awesome lasagna. I replaced the prosciutto with italian-style chicken sausage because I don't eat beaf or pork. I took the chicken out of the casing and then cooked it up on the stove before adding it to the noodles. This dish has really great flavors and it was easier to eat in rolls vs. layered. My husband is also really hard to please when it comes to his stomach and he really enjoyed this dish.

Yummy! I used ground turkey (seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, onions, and bell pepper instead of prosciutto. I also mixed spaghetti sauce in the meat. It was pretty easy and the result was not only tasty, but beautiful. I think this will be my kids favorite dish.

Absolutely Delicious!!!! Very easy to make and great for a party! So much faster and cheaper than making homemade lasagna. I used sweet italian sausage like some of the other reviewers mentioned as prosciotto is very salty and I like it in small doses. I stuck to the recipe other than that.
