    This was a tasty recipe and was well-received by my entire family. I feel, as I now see that others stated, that the amount of spinach in the recipe is disproportionate to the amount of ricotta. It overpowered the more subtle flavors in the filling.

    Yummy! I made this last night and everyone loved it. I used turkey sausage meat (seasoned with salt, oregano, dried onions, and dried basil instead of prosciutto. It took a little longer that stated to put together the components but was pretty easy and the result was not only tasty, but beautiful. I will definitely make this again.

    I followed the recipe exactly but used crumbled sausage instead of prosciutto, and it turned out perfectly. So delicious! My entire family raved about it.

    Freaking amazing!!! My kids dont like the taste of proscuitto, so I use Italian sausage. One of my favorite recipes and pretty easy to make. LOVE this!!
