I made this yummy delectable dessert for Thanksgiving. I followed the directions to a T and I wouldn't change a thing. This is one of those desserts that you would get in an expensive restaurants and it was easy to make! My only advice is to make it the night before and let it do it's thing in the fridge. My husband and I couldn't wait to try it and after a few hours we did...it was good but when we had it the next day the texture is completly different. Enjoy!

This was the first time I had ever made anything like this and it was incredibly easy!! I made them for my mother, whose favorite flavors are lemon and white chocolate. They were delicious!! I could not believe how simple they were to make. I took the advice of the other posters and increased the temp to 325 and baked them about 50 min. They set up beautifully!! Excellent recipe.

So amazingly yummy! I hosted my first dinner party and served these. Everyone loved them! I have to admit that I am not a fan of white chocolate, so I used semi-sweet chocolate and instead of lemon zest, I used orange zest. It is now my favorite dessert and super easy to make. I made some whipped cream from scratch and instead bliss. I highly recommend this to chocolate lovers! Thank you Giada!

    so so good!
ps: it took more time to set in the oven at even a higher temperature than stated

This was amazing...with the whole milk, cream, white chocolate, and egg YOLKs, it must be close to 30 grams of fat per serving but it is absolutely delicious. As everyone has said, it does take longer in the oven. Feel like we had it in for about 45 minutes, (opening and closing oven every five minutes to check on it...but perhaps if we hiked up the heat to 325, it would have been closer to the suggested time.

I haven't made this yet, but thanks for the info on the oven temperature. It could be she is cooking in a gas stove, hence the lower temp.

These pots de creme were excellent. Thanks to the other reviewers regarding the oven temperature. I baked them at 325 and they were perfect. The fresh raspberries really make the dessert something extra special. They are still good without it, but a bit sweet. The raspberries add that wonderful freshness that Giada is so good at. Thanks for the great recipe!

I love this recipe. It's delicate, mmm....so yummy. It melts in your mouth. My boyfriend is not a big fan of this kind of dessert, but he liked it. It's a good thing to get a compliment from him.

So good!!! I agree with TopCakes's review on the temperature setting. It wasn't nearly set after 30 minutes so I increased the heat to 325 and that seemed to do the trick! The only other changes I made were: adding a sprinkle of ground ginger and adding a bit of Brandy just for fun! My friends loved it!

Wow!!! So delicious, melt in your mouth, yummy! I can't believe how easy this was. I made it hours after watching the episode and it was as easy as Giada made it look. It took about 35 min. to really set (it is a little soft when you take it out of the oven and only a couple hours to chill. I will use this recipe over and over.
