WOW...I love potatoes but get tired of the same old thing. This recipe brought a fresh new flavor to an old favorite. The lemon zest gives the potatoes an extra punch of flavor. Delicious!!

Very good, very fresh. I usually don't like lemon but the balance was perfect, not overwhelming.

I love potatoes and I really enjoyed this dish!

I did vary the recipe slightly by using a blend of olive oil & butter. I also added additional lemon juice; trebled the quantity of lemon zest and basil; and garnished it with crispy fried sliced onions. The result was delicious and I've added it to my list of regular/repeat recipes.

    Thanks Giada.

WOWWWWW!!!!! I never thought how good potatoes (red, my favorite and lemon would blend together so well. I used dill instead of Basil, well...old habits are hard to break..but, I will try the basil next time!

Delicious! I love this recipe; the flavors are pure and quite memorable. This dish is simple and quick yet the flavors complement and play off of each other to create a staple in my cooking that is one of my favorite 'go to' dishes.

I am a vegetarian, so I've used water and it was still mouth-watering. I plan on switching it up and using vegetable stock, to further enhance the flavor.

    Work well done Giada!!

I was disappointed. I didn't get the flavor I thought I would get. We ended up mashing the potatoes and adding butter and garlic salt. The potatoes were good, just not what I thought they would be.

this recipe was pretty good. i cooked the potatoes longer so it was more liked mashed potatoes. i think i will omit the olive oil; i didn't like the taste of it and will use butter next time.

Delightful! We loved this recipe. The flavors are very bright and clean. It goes really well with roasted chicken or any other protein. Very easy to make and not long to prepare it. Great job, Giada. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
