Easy, fast and very delicious. In response to the comments that there's to much lemon in the soup I would recommend adding more chicken broth and taste as you go along until you get the taste that's right for you. I have made this many times and use 8-10 oz of chicken broth. It's a hit every time.

Loved the chicken lemon soup! I add lemon juice to just about everything, so this was perfect for my palate. So easy. Having tried it on myself, I will serve to guests in the future, along with a crusty French baguette.

The first time I tried this recipe the lemon was too strong. This is a common theme in Giada's recipes. So knowing that I simply added less lemon! I followed the recipe to a T on everything besides the lemon. I cut back on the lemon, by a forth, and it has come out perfect every time after! For those one star reviews simply ADD LESS LEMON! This recipe is refreshing, flavorful, and healthy! My husband loves it, my mom loves it, my sisters love and so does EVERYONE that I serve it to!!

I made a few revisions to this soup. First, I sauteed onions, garlic, celery, and carrots in olive oil. I eliminated the cheese rind and added more pasta. I used the remaining two cups of chicken broth in my container to cook a large chicken breast I had in the fridge instead of using rotisserie chicken. Turned out delicious.

I love Giada's recipes but this one I will not try again. The combination of the type of cheese, lemon and parsley are not a good combination. I was expecting a more flavorful spin on chicken soup but instead it was sour and too acidic.

I was disappointed with this recipe. This was definately not one of her great ideas. I have tried 99% of Giada recipes and this one taste like she was reaching to create another meal. I will not make recommend this recipe to anyone.

This soup was way too sour for my taste. I am surprised I am the minority on this recipe.

Used a leftover Rotisserie chicken to make a chicken broth- about 1 hr of boiling with some bouillon cubes added. Substituted linguine for the spaghetti. Didn't use any cheese, but it was still delicious. Loved the lemon juice, gave it an interesting twist - made it taste lighter and fresher. Although, that much lemon juice may taste sour to some. Healthy, full of veggies, and easy to make. Definitely a favorite.

This was a great recipe!!! It wasn't very hard at all... I didn't use the cheese, though, because my family doesn't like cheese... With or without it, this recipe was delicious...
