Yummy! ... but I thought it tasted significantly better the first day than the second when reheated. Definitely a recipe I will try again, but will probably cut it in half so I don't have leftovers that I'll just end up throwing out.

LOVED IT!!! Became an instant family fav! I added cabbage, more stock and some water to increase the amount of soup...but otherwise, it was perfect!! Giada yet again makes a great recipe!!

I thought it was very easy to make. I made it for my sister and mom and they loved it! I made a few tweaks to the recipe. I added 2 stalks of celery, a small onion, and 8 cups of chicken broth instead of 6 because I like it with a lot of broth. I also only did 1 lemon and made sure I got lots of juice out of it. My sister and mom agreed that it was a nice change but any more than 1 lemon would be too much. I would make it again and already have family asking for the recipe.

TASTY!!! I added 2 additional cups of broth, juice from both lemons which was about 1/2 cup and additional spaghetti noodles. Simply put...AMAZING. What a great soup, simple to make but yet complex taste.

Great recipe for nights you are short on time, but want to prepare a delicious, home-cooked meal that tastes like you spent hours slaving in the kitchen. Grab a cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and a few other ingredients, and you've got a meal! The lemon adds a different twist to plain old chicken noodle soup. It's fresh, tangy, and provides an extra kick of Vitamin C! :

The lemon is a tasty twist on your standard chicken noodle. Other reviewers said it was too lemony so I added the juice of 1 lemon to start and couldn't really taste it. I added another half a lemon and HELLO there it was!

This is my favorite chicken soup recipe. I only used the juice of one lemon and that was plenty to give a nice background flavor. I also used super fine dutch noodles and it tasted absolutely fantastic! I have given this recipe to many others. Thanks Giada!

This has become a family favorite. I also use a little more chicken broth than called for and I mix up the veggies each time--sometimes a little celery with the carrots, sometime spinach and sometimes I throw in some frozen peas. Also I put the Parmesan rind wrapped in a single layer of cheesecloth while cooking--easier to get out and less mess on the pot. Also can play with the amount of lemon juice--I have a son who isn't a lemon fan so put in a little and then a Dad that loves it so I put in the whole amount. Very versatile and very delicious!
