    Quick and easy to prepare. Goes with all kinds of pasta dishes. Good change from regular garlic bread.

    I love this recipe. The lemon juice makes the toast so fresh! I also add a bit of the lemon zest over the top when I add the parsley. This is my favorite bruschetta so far!

    This is a keeper. Used a French bagette and did not add all the lemon juice as others had suggested.

    You know what, I liked this recipe but I did make a change. I added two tablespoons of butter and found that I liked it a lot more than the original- perhaps not as authentic but very good.
