These cookies are amazing! I'm a huge chocolate lover and definitely did not miss the chocolate! They are soft and fluffy from the ricotta and have the perfect lemon scent. The glaze gives them that extra touch that makes you feel like you can't just have 1 or 2. Delish!

These cookies were so refreshing. I served them with iced tea and my family keeps eating them right from the freezer. They are great!

These cookies are soft and delicious! I doubled the lemon zest in the glaze, and added about a tablespoon and a half of poppy seeds. They took a little longer in my oven, and I halved their size. (I made them about a tablespoon of dough per cookie, otherwise they would have been enormous! The glaze made *just* enough for all of my cookies.

I've made these cookies a few times and they are fabulous! I even made them at Christmas and sprinkled them with red/green sprinkles. Does anyone know if they freeze well?

Delicious! I didn't have lemon zest so I add 1/2 tsp. lime juice. Still tasty!

Awesome cookies! Big hit for me with family and friends! Added more lemon zest to the cookie recipe and made the cookies a tad smaller. I did not change anything else. Make these cookies, you won't be disappointed!

THESE WERE SO GOOD! The cookies come out so soft and somewhere between brownie and a cake. (I'm partial to soft and chewy cookies so these are up my alley! I tweaked the icing sweetness/tartness to taste and it was amazing on the cookies. These received praise from coworkers and boyfriend and his whole family.

Excellent cookie receipe. Everyone loved it. easy to make. I made then a little small than the 2 Tblsp. that they recommended. I didnot care for the icing. i thought it took away from the taste of the cookie. the icing needs less sugar more zest if ur going to make them.

These cookies are delicious and addicting. I added more lemon zest and juice than the recipe calls for and they were fantastic. I served these with fresh strawberries macerated in Grand Marnier
