These were excellent. Very soft. I'm definitely using a cookie scoop next time, because mine turned out significantly bigger than I think they should.

So they spread a little, big deal! They are delicious ... The flavor is fresh and light. Definitely worth making extras, I ate one straight out the oven, Santa won't notice a cookie is missing!

The recipe says drop 2 tablespoons full onto sheet. Well, I measured 1 tablespoon, and checked my oven temperature (with a thermometer, and these cookies spread to about a 3 1/2" diameter. Is this a recipe error? Did she mean 2 teaspoons? Nice lemon flavor, but thin with a pancake-like texture. What a waste of time and ingredients.

Delicious! Cakey and a little lemony until you add that lemon glaze which just kicks u the lemon taste. This is a winner.

This recipe is great- the cookies come out delicious! The only thing I modified was that I added a few drops of water to the glaze mix since it was still very dry and hard to spread. That worked fine!

Followed recipe exactly and these cookies spread to a thin layer on the parchment lined sheets. Cookies looked nothing like the picture. Although the cookie texture was interesting (it reminded me of chewy, sugar cookies, the cookie was so so. Not much flavor. The frosting added some zing, thank goodness. I would have added more lemon to the cookie dough, but they ran enough the first time. Won't make these again.

The flavor is great, but I didn't like the pancake like texture at all.

Made these for a family Christmas event at an Italian Restaurant. These were easy to make and everyone loved them. The ricotta gives the cookies a lovely texture and they had just the right amount of lemon and sweetness.

The lemony glaze really makes these cookies. I thought they would be more interesting with the ricotta. I found the cookie itself rather bland. Not bad, just boring. Won't be making them again.
