Excellent cookie. Easy to make. No fancy ingredients. It even makes more than you expect. The cookies are tart and lemony without being bitter. Just absolutely delicious.

While the texture is not what I normally expect for most cookies (almost like cake this is a tangy, lemony, refreshing dessert.

These are my favorite cookies in the whole world! I can't find enough excuses to make them. They're still good when I lighten them up with part-skim ricotta and egg whites instead of whole eggs.

The recipe was so simple and the cookies turned out moist, full of lemon flavor and delicious. If you are a lemon lover, this is a perfect cookie. I added a bit more zest but otherwise left the recipe as is and it was perfect. Additionally, the recipe makes a substantial amount of cookies - perfect for sharing!

First off, I am an EXCELLENT BAKER, so don't disregard my review in the light of "oh well, she obviously cooked them wrong", didn't, not at all. These were bland boring and awful as the title suggests. The frosting/glaze will be added to my recipe collection as it has a crisp and fresh flavor that we loved. The cookies now, they were a total dud. And FYI, I followed the recipe exactly. These were little more than lemon lumps. No thank you. This frosting would be great on a regular soft sugar cookie or to jazz up any other sort of plain cookie/cake. But forget these cookies, they are not worth it. You want lemon ricotta flavor, try her lemon ricotta biscuits, oh my, they are perfect!

I followed the recipe to a tee. Excellent cookies! The glaze could also be used on scones, too!

I made this hoping it would be full-proof yummy cookie recipe, but I didn't really like them. They were very sweet, but kind of bland to me. They tasted kinda like bland lemon muffins. Everything was just too sweet and the flavor undynamic. Maybe I'm just not a lemon person. I don't know. They weren't absolutely disgusting, but I ended up throwing them out.

This is the best ever cookie I have ever eaten. Also, so easy to make. My husband is very picky and he loves them.

I've made these cookies for our Sunday night family dinner and everyone was fighting over them!! Now I just douple the recipe! What's so great about them is they stay so moist, even for the next couple of days (if you can get them to last that long!
