This is so easy and big on flavor. Add grilled chicken or shrimp like I do and it is a filling but light meal. Of course I always add more lemon as I just love it!! Thanks for another keeper Giada.

So simply, so tasty. I used very juicy lemons and less oil than required (some where between 1/3 and 2/3 of a cup. I paired it with Giada's Italian Caesar Salad with Polenta Croutons, since that recipe also contains fresh lemon juice in the vinaigrette. It paired perfectly. Chill a bottle of white wine and serve with this dish. Perfect!

This recipe was ok, but a little on the bland side. I added onions to it, and a little salt. That made it killer! :- It went great with the garlic chicken!

Yummy! Oil & Lemon was just right for us. Made it with my Garlic Lemon Chicken. Yeah definitely a lemon dinner. I added a cup of frozen peas to it also for a veggie. I aslo used with ANY pasta, angel hair, bowties, ditalini, corkscrew, you name it!

Delicious!! Makes an outstanding side dish to so many meals. I did not find it oily at all. As a matter of fact, I and several of my dinner guests sprinkled more extra virgin olive oil on our pasta. Also, completely zest all the lemons, and put the leftover zest on the table, so people who REALLY like lemon can add it to their dish.

A little oily for me, I intend to increase the lemon juice the next time I prepare this as it was most excellent! Thank you for sharing!

It was terrific by itself or with seafood, etc.
