This dish made my list of FAVORITES the first time I tried it. The ingredients seemed a bit unusual, but after I tried it, I couldn't believe how light and incrediably FRESH this tastes. No one I served it too could guess why this tasted so light and fresh..I guess the taste of lemon is unexpected, but totally wonderful. Try using FRESH herbs instead of dried, and you are in for absolute HEAVEN!!

I never, ever would have thought to put lemon juice on spaghetti (especially this much lemon juice, but it is FABULOUS! It was a little too oily the first time I made it, so I reduced the olive oil to half a cup and left the lemon juice at 1/2 cup. Quick, easy, refreshing.
